Andrew Dean has been investing in real estate for more than 12 years, building and managing a portfolio of over $100 million. As principal manager of his holdings, he has overseen the ownership and operation of more than 800 rental units, with a primary focus on multifamily assets. In 2018, Andrew founded his own property management company, followed by earning his general contractor’s license in 2019. These ventures have equipped him with hands-on expertise in acquisitions, operations, and renovations, allowing him to successfully execute value-add strategies that drive both income growth and long-term appreciation. His extensive experience has also given him a deep understanding of the tax-mitigation strategies and advantages of real estate investing, enabling him to identify and structure deals that maximize both profitability and investor outcomes.
